Job summary

Save the Children is seeking a Senior Advisor, Strategic Growth Initiatives to translate strategic priorities into measurable results across Mass Market Fundraising & Supporter Engagement (MMF). You will lead cross-functional initiatives, identify AI-enabled opportunities, and improve decision-making and efficiency while partnering with sales, marketing, finance, and technology teams.

You will guide complex projects from planning through adoption, helping leadership prioritize high-value work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience plus at least 7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives from definition through implementation and adoption.
• Strong project management, facilitation, change management and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting or investment-planning processes.
• Experience leveraging technology, automation, analytics, or AI-enabled tools to improve operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of priority initiatives that advance MMF strategy, fundraising growth, supporter experience, and operational effectiveness.
• Translate priorities into clear project plans, including scope, outcomes, milestones, resource needs, dependencies, decision points, and measures of success.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, clarify roles and decision rights, and maintain accountability for deliverables.
• Provide concise updates and recommendations to leadership, escalating risks and decisions requiring action.
• Monitor implementation, adoption, and results, and adjust initiatives to ensure value delivery.
• Lead initiatives such as platform migrations, audience-led implementation, fundraising reviews, and process improvements.
