Save the Children seeks a Senior Advisor, Strategic Growth Initiatives to translate strategic priorities into measurable outcomes across Mass Market Fundraising & Supporter Engagement. You will lead cross-functional initiatives to boost fundraising performance, supporter experience, and operational efficiency while driving technology-enabled improvements.

The role requires strong project management, change leadership, and analytical problem‑solving to deliver scalable initiatives and collaborate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 7+ years in PM, fundraising, or operations.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional programs from definition to adoption.
• Strong skills in facilitating, stakeholder management and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of priority initiatives to advance fundraising strategy and operational effectiveness.
• Translate priorities into clear project plans with milestones and resource needs.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and clarify roles and decision rights.
• Provide concise updates to leadership and escalate risks as needed.
• Monitor adoption and results; adjust approaches to maximize value.
• Lead platform migrations and AI-enabled process improvements.
