Job summary

Save the Children is seeking a Senior Advisor, Strategic Growth Initiatives to translate priorities into measurable results across Mass Market Fundraising & Supporter Engagement. You will lead cross-functional programs that improve fundraising performance, supporter experience, and operational effectiveness, while identifying technology and AI-enabled opportunities to strengthen decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 7+ years in project management or related field.
Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives from definition through implementation and adoption.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with experience improving business processes and translating insights into action.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting or investment planning.
Excellent MS Office proficiency and ability to communicate in English clearly.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic initiatives and portfolio management to advance MMF strategy and growth.
Translate priorities into clear project plans with scope, milestones, and success measures.
Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and maintain accountability for deliverables.
