Job summary

Save the Children US is seeking a Senior Advisor, Strategic Growth Initiatives to translate strategic priorities into measurable results across Mass Market Fundraising & Supporter Engagement. You will lead cross-functional initiatives that improve fundraising performance, supporter experience, and operational effectiveness.

You will drive process improvements and leverage technology, automation, and AI-enabled opportunities to strengthen decision-making and efficiency across MMF and partner

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, plus 7+ years in PM, fundraising or strategy.
• Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives from start to finish.
• Strong PM, facilitation, change management and stakeholder skills.
• Analytical problem-solving and process-improvement experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting.
• Ability to translate strategy into practical work plans.
• Experience with technology, automation, AI-enabled improvements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of priority initiatives advancing fundraising strategy and growth.
• Translate priorities into project plans with scope, milestones and success measures.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and clarify roles and decision rights.
• Provide updates to leadership and escalate risks and decisions.
• Monitor implementation and adjust initiatives for impact.
• Identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI to improve efficiency.
