Job summary

Save the Children is seeking a Senior Advisor, Strategic Growth Initiatives to drive cross‑functional programs that grow mass market fundraising and improve supporter experience. You will lead complex initiatives, identify automation and AI-enabled opportunities, and partner across MMF, Marketing, Finance, and Technology to strengthen decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with at least 7 years in project or program management, fundraising or marketing operations, strategy, or related fields.
• Proven success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from definition to adoption.
• Strong project management, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of priority initiatives advancing MMF strategy, fundraising growth, supporter experience, and operational effectiveness.
• Translate priorities into clear project plans with scope, milestones, and success measures.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, clarify roles, and maintain accountability for deliverables.
• Provide updates and recommendations to leadership, escalating risks and decisions requiring action.
• Monitor implementation, adoption, and results; adjust as needed to deliver value.
