Job summary

AV in Arlington, VA is seeking a Sr. Manager, Growth Execution to shape and drive growth initiatives across the organization. This senior, strategic role partners with the CGO to align Business Development, Marketing, Communications, Government Relations and Strategy for disciplined execution.

You will lead cross-functional programs, remove bottlenecks, and provide structured decision support while driving data-driven, executive-ready insights and milestones that propel AV’s growth agenda.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in strategy, program management or cross-functional roles.
• Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, align diverse stakeholders, and drive complex initiatives to completion.
• Strong communication skills with executive-ready insights.
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced, technical, or defense-adjacent environments.
• High emotional intelligence and credibility with senior stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with cross-functional delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate high-priority cross-functional projects led by the CGO.
• Support long-range planning outputs and market strategies.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks across growth operations.
• Provide perspective, risk framing, and recommendations on growth initiatives.
• Convene and align stakeholders across Growth, P&L, Finance, Strategy, Engineering, and People & Culture to deliver enterprise priorities.
• Shepherd tool and process integrations, improve data accessibility and operating mechanisms.
• Provide structured decision support with concise executive materials.
• Connect business, technical, and financial perspectives to inform strategy and partnerships.
• Establish and track milestones for critical projects.
• Lead and manage ad hoc teams, set goals, and allocate resources.
