Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree requirement in business/strategy/finance or equivalent.
• 10+ years in strategy, planning, consulting, or brand strategy.
• Proven ability to build long-range plans under pressure.
• Strong consumer insight, market analytics, and competitive intelligence.
• Experience aligning Product, Creative, Marketing, and Sales around go-to-market direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-year brand and business strategy development translating insights into priorities.
• Build long-range plans and roadmaps aligned to realistic execution.
• Structure annual and quarterly strategic cadences for disciplined prioritization.
• Partner with Product, Creative, Marketing, and Sales to shape roadmaps.
• Present recommendations to senior leadership with clear actionable decisions.
