Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 7 years’ experience in business development, market development, product development, or related area OR 9 years’ experience in business development, market development, product development, or related area.
• 2 years’ supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships to expand market presence and enhance business opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement sales and growth initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee profit and loss management to ensure financial targets are met or exceeded.
• Monitor key performance indicators to evaluate and optimize business performance.
• Drive new business development efforts by identifying and pursuing high-value opportunities.
