Bluespring Wealth Partners, LLC is seeking a Growth Initiatives Project Manager to accelerate organic growth across its portfolio of wealth management firms. You will lead strategic initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable outcomes aligned with leadership goals.

You will develop timelines, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor progress, adjust strategies based on data, and provide insights to senior leaders.

Aufgaben

• Lead the implementation of Bluespring Wealth Partners’ organic growth strategic plan, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Manage and coordinate growth initiatives, projects, and programs from inception through execution, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
• Develop detailed project timelines, milestones, and KPIs for each initiative to track progress and success.
• Oversee the day-to-day management of growth projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor, measure, and analyze the performance of each initiative, providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership.
• Adjust strategies and tactics based on data, feedback, and changing market conditions to optimize results.
• Establish and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track the impact of growth initiatives.
• Conduct deep analysis to identify opportunities, bottlenecks, and risks related to organic growth efforts.
• Provide insights and recommendations to refine the growth blueprint and maximize ROI.
• Support the organic growth team by identifying and providing the tools, resources, and training needed for success.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and high performance within the team.
• Act as a bridge between leadership, marketing, advisory teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for growth initiatives.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams to drive progress and resource sharing.
• Partner with Bluespring leadership to implement executive reporting on the organic growth blueprint.
• Regularly review progress as tracked together with the leadership team. Refine long-term strategy and priorities.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) / scorecard for penetration of horizontal value- added capabilities across the portfolio, regularly reporting progress to the executive team.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform decision-making and long-term strategy.
