Job summary

Kimberly-Clark Corporation in Chicago seeks a Director, Strategy Deployment and Business Operations to lead sector strategy deployment for BCC / Personal Care. You will partner with senior leaders across R&D, supply chain, finance and HR to develop and execute the sector strategy.

Responsibilities include managing the Strategic Business Plan, Annual Operating Plan and Transformation Agenda, and driving a cohesive portfolio strategy while linking brands and functional leaders.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required.
• Graduate degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of business leadership experience.
• Outstanding organization and project management skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Strong communication and change management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sector growth strategy with ABU leadership.
• Manage Strategic/Annual Operating/Business Plans and Innovation framework.
• Deliver sector transformation agenda and monthly executive scorecard tracking.
• Lead cross-functional teams and drive sector communication and cohesion.
• Coach key sector initiative teams and ensure alignment across functions.
