This hybrid role requires four days in-office each week. You will build client relationships, guide senior teams, and participate in new business pitches while ensuring campaigns align with KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years in marketing/advertising/digital leadership with CPG/retail experience.
• Ability to create compelling presentations using data-driven insights.
• Experience facilitating brainstorms/workshops.
• Strong strategic planning aligning campaigns with KPIs.
• Excellent written/verbal communication and leadership.
