Job summary

Saatchi X is seeking a Group Strategy Director in a hybrid role requiring four days in-office weekly. You will oversee multiple accounts, contribute strategic vision, and drive growth by elevating the quality of our strategic deliverables.

Lead agency-wide strategic initiatives, influence client strategy, and nurture senior relationships while guiding the Strategy team to deliver impactful campaigns that meet client KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 10+ years of leadership in marketing, advertising, promotions, media, or digital, with CPG/retail experience.
• Knowledge of secondary research data sources and ability to extract baseline insights.
• Creates aesthetically pleasing, impactful presentations.
• Experienced brainstorm/workshop facilitator.
• Masters agency processes and products quickly.
• Strategically plans campaigns aligned with client KPIs.
• Anticipates changing client needs and adapts resources accordingly.
• Excellent written/verbal communication, presentation, organizational and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership to motivate and guide the team toward results.
