Staker Parson Companies is seeking a Business Development Director to identify and advance strategic growth opportunities across aggregates, asphalt, ready-mix concrete, and services. The role acts as the market-facing representative, building executive relationships with customers, developers, engineers, municipalities, and government agencies.

• Bachelor's degree required; field as listed above.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in construction materials, heavy civil construction, infrastructure, or related industries.
• Demonstrated success developing executive-level customer relationships.
• Strong understanding of commercial strategy, contract negotiations, and market development.
• Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute strategic growth and market expansion strategies.
• Build and maintain a rolling 3–5 year pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Lead executive-level relationships with customers, owners, developers, engineers, and public entities.
• Coordinate cross-functional pursuit strategies and maximize strategic win rates.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Estimating, Finance, Environmental, Government Affairs and Safety teams to align commitments.
