Valley Hope Grapevine is seeking a Director of Business Development to drive referral growth and oversee strategic marketing initiatives in a mission-driven addiction treatment center located in Grapevine, TX. The role requires building strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, and care managers to expand patient referrals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Three (3) years of experience in sales, marketing, and/or public relations.
• Two (2) years of management or supervisory experience.
• Valid unrestricted driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic relationships with referral sources—hospitals, physicians, SUD specialists, community organizations, care managers, and legal/judicial professionals—to generate client referrals and raise awareness of treatment services.
• Collaborate with supervisor to implement department plans and goals.
• Uphold mission, ethics, policies, and confidentiality standards across operations.
• Analyze facility performance indicators; use sales forecasting and planning to identify trends and opportunities in business development.
• Stay informed on healthcare trends to improve services, patient outcomes, and market competitiveness.
