Job summary

Valley Hope of Grapevine is seeking an experienced Clinical Program Director to oversee residential and outpatient clinical programming. The role requires leadership across clinical teams, supervision of staff, and ensuring compliance with licensure and quality standards.

The position emphasizes training program development, performance improvement, and coordination of care, with a strong focus on evidence-based practices within a mission-driven addiction treatment setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or social work.
• Licensure to provide diagnosis and treatment for Substance Use Disorder and/or Mental Health in state of employment.
• Two (2) plus years of supervisory and/or management experience.
• Five (5) years of behavioral healthcare clinical counseling or clinical case management work experience.
• CPR Certification.
• Valid unrestricted driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages clinical programming for the residential and/or outpatient treatment facilities.
• Leads training needs assessment and develops the training program for the clinical department.
• Conducts observed sessions and provides feedback for professional growth.
• Tracks licensure trainings (CPR, CEU, Relias).
• Performs clinical chart reviews and coaches for documentation improvements.
• Leads quarterly clinical department meetings and records minutes.
• Monitors patient survey data and drives performance improvement projects.
• Supports clinical care delivery including individual and group therapy.
• Supervises staff including hiring, training, and performance reviews.
