Job summary

Peoples Gas System in Florida seeks a Director of Corporate Strategy to lead planning, development, and execution of strategic priorities across TECO Energy affiliates. You will drive enterprise risk management, prepare executive communications, and coach a strategy team while collaborating with leaders across the organization.

The role requires a strong business acumen, executive presence, and the ability to influence at all levels to achieve long-term success. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent from an accredited college/university.
• 10 years combination of experience in strategic planning, strategic analysis, collaborative strategy, leading teams, strategic trend analysis, working with senior management, and facilitation.
• 5 years of leading people or project teams experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual Strategy Refresh Process and facilitate strategic planning sessions with executive leadership.
• Drive enterprise risk management, business continuity planning, and risk assessments.
• Monitor industry trends, conduct strategic analyses, and develop future-focused business scenarios.
• Lead strategy execution reporting, performance monitoring, and Balanced Scorecard reviews.
• Prepare executive and Board-level presentations and strategic communications.
• Lead, coach, and develop strategy team members while influencing cross-functional teams across the organization.
