Job summary

PRA Events, Inc. is seeking an experienced sales professional for a hybrid role based in the South Florida area, Plantation, FL. You will cultivate key accounts, expand the pipeline, and drive profitability while coordinating site inspections and client entertainment.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in sales within DMC, incentive travel or event management, with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Travel and client-facing activities are a core part of the role.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales experience, preferably in a DMC, incentive travel, or hotel sales.
• Ability to develop new accounts and grow existing ones while ensuring profitability.
• Strong knowledge of client development and lead follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales volume by developing key relationships with new and existing accounts.
• Manage relationships, maintain a strong pipeline, and participate in industry groups.
• Plan and conduct site inspections, entertain clients, and build rapport.
• Enter revenue projections into Salesforce for tracking.
• Coordinate travel budgets and marketing schedules for approvals.
