Dyne Therapeutics seeks a Senior Director, Business Strategy & Operations – Office of the CCO to guide priorities and execution within the Commercial organization. Based in Waltham, MA, you will partner with the CCO and Leadership Team to translate priorities into actionable actions and decisions.

The role combines strategic rigor with hands-on delivery, leading enterprise initiatives, evolving the operating model, and delivering executive materials for the Board as the company progresses toward

Qualifications

15+ years of experience as a strategic advisor to C-suite executives.
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred (MBA/PhD).
Strategy consulting background within life sciences preferred.
Exceptional written and verbal communication for senior audiences.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to the CCO and Commercial Leadership Team.
Lead high-priority strategic and cross-functional initiatives with clear action plans.
Shape the Commercial operating model and governance for launch readiness.
Develop executive and Board-level materials distilling complex issues into clear narratives.
