  • Support preparation and coordination for the CCO’s engagement with key external stakeholders, such as KOLs, HCPs, patient advocacy groups, strategic partners, and internal senior leaders. Ensure interactions are well‑prepared, coordinated, and grounded in a clear understanding of priorities and context.
  • Drive operational excellence through OKRs (objectives and key results for the CCO team), dashboards, performance tracking, and business review processes, providing transparency on progress, dependencies, risks, and resource needs.
  • Promote alignment, communication, and collaboration across Commercial and partner functions to ensure connectivity between strategy and execution.
  • Help strengthen Commercial team culture by reinforcing collaboration, accountability, and clear communication as the organization grows and prepares for launch.
