Dyne Therapeutics seeks a Senior Director, Business Strategy & Operations – Office of the CCO to lead strategic initiatives at the center of the Commercial organization. Reporting to the CCO and partnering with the Commercial Leadership Team, this role shapes priorities, decisions, and execution across the function.

Based in Waltham, MA, this full-time position combines strategic rigor with hands-on delivery, tackling ambiguous problems, influencing senior stakeholders, and translating insights

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience operating as a strategic advisor to C-suite executives.
• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, PhD) preferred.
• Strategy consulting background within life sciences preferred.
• Exceptional strategic problem‑solving and analytical capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and influence effectively without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to the CCO and translate priorities into clear actions.
• Partner with the CCO and leadership to assess priorities and communicate decisions.
• Lead high‑priority strategic and cross‑functional initiatives for the Commercial organization.
• Structure complex and ambiguous business problems and drive initiatives from definition through execution.
• Evolve the Commercial operating model and establish leadership rhythm and governance.
• Develop executive- and board-level materials distilling complex issues into clear narratives.
• Support organizational planning and capability-building as the Commercial function grows.
