You will partner with senior leaders to shape the firm’s long-term agenda, identify growth opportunities, and guide cross-functional initiatives that drive enterprise value. Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in strategy, strong problem-solving, and executive communication skills, with preference for asset management or financial services experience.

Rowe Price partners closely with T. Rowe’s leadership team to define and execute the firm’s long-term strategic agenda, drive growth initiatives, and enhance competitive positioning. The team operates as strategic advisors and execution partners, supporting enterprise-wide priorities includingstrategic planning, growth initiatives, innovation, and corporate development.Role SummaryThe Director, Corporate Strategy will bring at least eight years of professional experience with progressive responsibility, including significant experience at a leading strategy consulting firm or within a high-performing corporate strategy organization. Experience serving asset management, wealth management, investment services, or broader financial services clients is strongly preferred. The successful candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to translate ambiguous business challenges into actionable strategic recommendations.This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, helping shape enterprise strategy, evaluate growth opportunities, and drive critical business initiatives. They will bring a strong understanding of industry trends, competitive dynamics, client needs, distribution models, product strategies, and emerging opportunities across the asset management landscape. The individual will synthesize data from multiple sources, develop compelling insights, and communicate recommendations clearly and confidently to executive stakeholders.The ideal candidate combines rigorous analytical thinking with strong executive presence, stakeholder management capabilities, and a demonstrated track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in dynamic environments. Experience supporting enterprise transformation, growth strategy, operating model design, market expansion, product innovation, or major strategic programs within asset management or financial services is highly desired. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package.
