Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Interactive seeks a Marketing Strategy Consultant in NYC to drive digital brand transformations and create next-gen customer experiences. You will shape strategies, run workshops, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated plans across growth, experience and digital transformation.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in consulting/agency, strong presentation skills and hands-on GenAI experience.

Qualifications

7 years in consultancy or agency delivering digital business or brand strategy
Bachelor’s degree in business or related; master’s desirable
Experience across multiple industries including consumer goods, retail, manufacturing, finance or technology
In-house client/industry experience a plus
Strong competence in presentation, analysis and collaboration software and familiarity with market research tools

Responsibilities

Shape marketing and customer experience strategies to drive growth
Generate insights across consumer, culture, customer, category and competition
Conduct brand, marketing and experience audits and benchmark against best practices
Facilitate workshops to generate big ideas and align cross-functional teams
Advise brands on digital and emerging tech, including GenAI and agentic
Collaborate cross-functionally to build and execute integrated strategies
Support strategic pursuits in Interactive Strategy offerings (growth and digital brand transformation)
Develop and advance offerings in growth and experience strategy domains
