Performance Contracting Group in Holliston, MA, seeks a motivated Business Development Specialist for its PCI New England 586 Operations. You will cultivate and maintain client relationships, drive business development, and represent PCI at events and networking opportunities.

Travel to client sites and regional offices is expected to grow PCI’s presence and opportunities. The role requires strong communication, collaboration with internal teams, and promoting PCI’s services via direct client

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, business development, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with estimating and operations teams to support project pursuits and client needs.
• Build and maintain effective, long-term client relationships.
• Prepare and deliver presentations highlighting PCI’s construction experience.
• Gather project scope details by communicating with client representatives.
• Develop proposals and qualification packages for new opportunities.
• Represent PCI at industry events and networking opportunities.
• Promote PCI’s services through direct client engagement and social media.
