Develop and execute the long-term strategic vision for Morongo Casino Resort & Spa and affiliated enterprises.
Advise the Tribal Council on business strategy, economic development, investments, and industry trends.
Lead the executive leadership team to achieve objectives and sustainable growth.
Establish KPIs and accountability across all business units.
Oversee property development, expansion initiatives, and market analyses.
