Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Advisor, Strategy & Business Development to join a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This remote role partners with senior leaders to advance strategic priorities and support BD efforts across the organization.

The advisor will shape executive communications, synthesize complex information, and drive cross-functional alignment on high-priority initiatives, bringing structure to ambiguous healthcare challenges and enabling informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, communications, or related field.
• MBA or master's degree preferred.
• 4-8 years in strategy, management consulting, corporate development, or business operations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives through influence.
• Experience working with senior or executive leaders.
• Healthcare, pharma, or distribution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft and maintain executive communications for leadership meetings and forums.
• Prepare pre-read briefs and decision memos for leader engagements.
• Lead strategic initiatives across multiple functions, ensuring accountability and alignment.
• Synthesize data into actionable insights for planning and reviews.
• Address urgent or undefined problems, providing structure and support for transformation efforts.
