Job summary

Eyefinity, Inc. is seeking a senior strategy leader to drive corporate initiatives and support the CEO and executive team in improving profit, enterprise value, and competitive position.

You will help develop enterprise and LOB strategies, participate in long-range planning and annual budgeting, and coordinate content for Board materials. You will work with data teams to measure progress against strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• 8+ years in corporate strategy, planning, corporate development, strategy or management consulting, research, data analytics, market analysis, or competitive intelligence.
• Working knowledge/experience in vision, healthcare or insurance industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with focus on simplicity of messaging.
• Highly proficient in Power Point.
• Ability to use logic and think through future implications.
• Proven ability and willingness to work through details and execute.
• Personal and professional integrity with the ability to preserve confidentiality.
• Desire to dig in to all areas of the business to help identify opportunities and outline solutions, metrics, etc. to move the business forward.
• Possess energy and enthusiasm for new ideas.
• For remote/hybrid roles, must demonstrate high engagement in virtual environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analyses to support development of strategic initiatives across the organization.
• Assist CEO and Executive Team in developing business strategies to improve profit, enterprise value, and competitive position.
• Support development of enterprise, pillar, and line of business (LOB) strategies.
• Support and drive long-term strategic and business plans, and participate in the annual operational planning process.
• Coordinate content for Board of Directors and Committee meetings as needed.
• Develop insights on industry trends including vision care, healthcare, and related sectors.
• Collaborate with business leaders to define strategic initiatives with broad impact.
• Work with internal data/analytics to develop metrics to measure progress against strategic goals.
