Job summary

Omnicell seeks a Senior Strategy Analyst to bring structure to ambiguity and inform growth decisions across customers, markets, and commercial performance. You will own defined workstreams, engage with senior leaders, and translate insights into actionable plans that drive enterprise impact.

You will build financial models, evaluate opportunities, and collaborate with finance, product, and operations to shape strategy and execution. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5–7 years in strategy or related roles.
• Ability to independently structure and solve complex problems.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
• Experience developing business cases and executive-ready presentations.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication; influence across org.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic analysis for growth, commercialization, and transformation.
• Translate ambiguity into hypotheses, plans, and decision frameworks.
• Assess markets, customers, competitors, and financial performance.
