Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with a strong academic record.
• 4+ years of experience in Consulting, Finance, Strategy, or related field.
• Ability to distill raw data into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
• Experience making data and insights accessible via dashboards and presentations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to engage executive leaders and manage complex stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Inform big decisions by building models and quantitative analyses to support strategic initiatives.
• Support the game plan with annual and multi-year business planning and actionable metrics.
• Drive innovation and growth by exploring ideas, testing initiatives, and recommending scale or pivot decisions.
• Strengthen collaboration and efficiency by standardizing tools and processes and partnering with department leads.
