JM Test Systems, LLC. is seeking a Senior Strategy Analyst to partner with our executive and commercial teams. You will shape growth by analyzing markets, customers, and service lines, and by identifying where to invest for impact.

You will own forecasting, pricing and profitability analytics, and provide clear narratives to senior leadership. A blend of SQL, Excel, and BI tools will be essential to drive strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or equivalent.
• 2+ years in strategy, analytics, or growth roles with impact.
• Proven ability to structure problems and drive decisions.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills for leadership.
• Fluency with SQL, Excel, PowerPoint and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Structure open-ended business questions into analyses with clear recommendations.
• Identify and quantify revenue opportunities across accounts and geographies.
• Own analytics behind commercial performance and automate recurring reporting.
• Build forecasting models to spot risks and opportunities.
• Turn complex analyses into clear narratives for executives.
