True Estuary Advisors is a consulting service helping businesses grow with confidence through operational, compliance, and strategic support. We’re a startup with a strong vision, and we’re looking for a driven sales partner to help us scale.
About the Role
We’re seeking a Client Growth Specialist who’s ready to own the full sales cycle from finding leads to closing deals. This is a remote, commission-only contractor position with 15–20% commission per closed sale, depending on experience and performance.
You’ll identify potential clients, conduct initial outreach, schedule and run discovery or sales calls, and close deals. Once a deal is secured, you’ll hand it off to our Project Management and Compliance team for onboarding and service delivery.
Responsibilities
• Generate and manage your own lead pipeline
• Reach out via email, phone, and professional platforms like LinkedIn
• Conduct initial sales calls and client discovery
• Clearly present True Estuary Advisors’ services
• Close deals and document client handoff to internal teams
• Collaborate with the team for occasional updates and support
Requirements
• Experience in sales, especially full-cycle or consultative sales
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working independently and generating your own leads
• Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Familiarity with CRMs (Zoho CRM is a plus)
• Bonus: Experience selling B2B or professional services
Compensation
• 15%–20% commission per closed sale, based on experience
• No base salary. This is a commission-only, 1099 contractor role
