Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in utility distribution operations.
• Experience with utility software (SCADA).
• Knowledge of NERC and FERC regulations.
• Experience managing software implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience using Jira, Trello, Asana is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for strategic programs and implementation to achieve target outcomes.
• Develop specialty knowledge; act as best-practice reference and contribute to policy.
• Apply end-to-end program lifecycle expertise across grid software implementations.
• Use data-driven analysis to support recommendations and decisions.
• Mentor colleagues and lead small projects with moderate risk.
