Job summary

SIFF in Seattle seeks a Grants & Corporate Partnerships Manager to advance its development strategy and secure support from government, foundations, and corporations. You will identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward institutional funders, coordinating with staff across departments to meet a $3.4 million annual goal.

You will write proposals, manage budgets, and deliver impact reports while ensuring alignment with SIFF’s COMMUNITY CENTRIC FUNDRAISING principles and mission.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing corporate and foundation portfolios.
• Strong writing skills for funding narratives.
• Experience with CRM and donor pipelines.
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and manage budgets.
• Commitment to racial equity, diversity, and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Manage government, foundation and corporate prospects and funders.
• Write compelling proposals and funding requests with budgets.
• Steward relationships with partners through meetings and reports.
• Coordinate input from teams for timely proposals.
• Develop donor cultivation and stewardship strategies with leadership.
• Track activity in the Bloomerang CRM and assist with financial reporting.
