Job summary

SIFF in Seattle seeks an entry-level Marketing & Engagement Coordinator to assist the Marketing and Communications Team with deadlines, events, and materials for SIFF Festivals, NFFTY, and year-round cinema programs.

Qualifications

• Experience with Google Suite, Canva, and Trello (or similar project management systems).

Responsibilities

• Support year-round cinema programming, festivals, education, fundraising, and SIFF initiatives via digital marketing, social media, PR, graphic design, and creative marketing.
• Support outreach to external organizations and partners, establishing relationships and creating promotional deliverables.
• Support execution of venue activations with SIFF staff and external partners.
• Manage project deadlines using Google Suite, Trello, and Slack; coordinate marketing projects.
