• Monitoring recipients through review of performance reports and financial status; developing programs addressing youth and community issues.
• Preparing and disseminating educational materials and marketing information in support of program initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-award, award, post-award, and close-out functions in support of financial assistance programs.
• Review and manage land grant agreements and related funding instruments.
• Prepare financial and programmatic reports; analyze performance data.
• Monitor recipients and budgets to prevent overspending; ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with land grant institutions and USDA ARS or ARS facilities to advance programs.
