Job summary

Qualifications

• Specialized experience in reviewing land grants and agreements; ensuring alignment with statutes, regulations and agency policy.
• Preparing financial and programmatic reports, analyzing performance data, and conducting audits.
• Monitoring recipients through performance reports and financial status; ensuring compliance and close-out processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensures business management systems comply with regulatory requirements.
• Prepares award documents and ensures required approvals.
• Administers grants by monitoring performance, progress and cost and protecting Government rights.
• Provides guidance to GOTR/recipients throughout the life of the agreement.
• Monitors the recipient's technical proposals and reviews applications for program compliance.
