Qualifications

  • Experience ensuring business management systems comply with regulations.
  • Ability to determine risk mitigation to protect Federal interests.
  • Experience preparing award documents and obtaining required approvals.
  • Experience administering grants and agreements, monitoring performance and costs.
  • Provide direction to GOTR and recipients through the life of the agreement.
  • Evaluate applications to ensure compliance with laws, regs, and agency policies.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for grant programs.
  • Determine risk mitigation to protect Federal interests.
  • Prepare and secure approvals for award documents per DOI regulations.
  • Administer grants, monitor performance, progress, and costs of awards.
  • Guide GOTR/recipients throughout the agreement lifecycle.
  • Review recipient proposals and advise on independent panels.
