Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with related work experience.
• Minimum four years’ experience writing federal, state, tribal and nonprofit grants.
• CGMS or equivalent certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Write, compile, and submit high‑quality grant proposals and letters of intent on schedule.
• Identify grant opportunities across federal, state, tribal, and private foundations.
• Coordinate with directors to align funding requests with organizational goals.
• Champion grant management infrastructure, including tracking and reporting systems.
• Provide guidance to staff on grant requirements and funder expectations.
• Supervise Grant Coordinators and support professional development.
