Job summary

The Coquille Indian Tribe seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead planning and execution of complex projects across the organization, including capital construction, IT, and organizational initiatives.

Under PMO leadership, you will define scope, delivery approaches, schedules, and risk strategies, ensuring alignment with governance, budgets, and priorities in an evolving, stakeholder-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Public Administration, or related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification required.
• Minimum five years of experience managing complex projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in tribal or large organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, quality standards.
• Define scope, execution approach, and delivery plan for new initiatives.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Communicate across departments, leadership, vendors, and external partners.
• Ensure accurate project reporting and governance compliance.
