Job summary

Coquille Tribe’s Strategic Operations Department seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects across the organization, including capital construction, infrastructure, information systems, and organizational initiatives. This role reports to the PMO Manager and requires strong judgment in evolving environments.

The candidate must have a 4-year degree (or equivalent) and PMP/PRINCE2 certification, with a minimum of five years’ experience in project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience managing complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Leads execution of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, quality standards, and organizational priorities.
• Defines project scope, execution approach, schedule, risk strategy, and delivery plan.
• Manages risks, issues, and dependencies with mitigation strategies.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Public Administration, or related field

PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
