Job summary

Tykes & Teens in Pennsylvania seeks a Manager of Grants and Contracts to lead grant budgeting, financial analysis, and contract compliance. You will prepare budgets and narratives, coordinate with program and finance teams, submit reimbursement requests, and maintain records to support timely, accurate reporting for funders.

The role collaborates with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure fiscal accuracy and accountability, aligning with the organization’s funding obligations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, nonprofit management, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in grant administration, proposal development, budgeting, contract compliance, or reimbursement processing is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of organization structure, programs, funding priorities, grant budgets, contract terms, and financial reporting requirements.
• Prepare, review, reconcile, and submit monthly cost reimbursement requests in accordance with budgets and funder guidelines.
• Identify grant opportunities from governmental agencies, foundations, and other funding sources.
• Develop grant budgets, budget narratives, and related financial documentation.
• Coordinate with program leaders and finance staff to ensure proposals, budgets, and attachments are complete and aligned with objectives.
• Ensure submissions are accurate, complete, and submitted by deadlines.
• Respond to inquiries related to grant budgets, applications, funding requirements, and reports.
• Establish relationships with funders, partners, and vendors to support invoicing, reporting, and compliance.
• Coordinate with leadership to compile and submit funder-required financial and programmatic reports.
• Maintain accurate grant and contract records, financial documentation, and reporting calendars.
