Job summary

Avenue 360 Health and Wellness is seeking a Grants Manager to ensure all grants and contracts meet requirements under EVP, Finance supervision. The role covers coordination across departments, reporting, invoicing, and compliance with federal and state programs.

The position requires a minimum of three years in grants management and a BA/BS degree. The candidate will oversee Granttracker+ and interact with contracting entities to support successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of three years experience with grants management.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the lifecycle of grants from development through award, implementation, reporting, and invoicing.
• Ensures compliance with reporting and legal requirements, and fulfills contractual and budget obligations.
• Maintains cross-department communication to support project success and monetization of contracts.
• Collaborates to develop policies and procedures ensuring grant/contract compliance and robust data collection/reporting.
• Acts as liaison with Avenue360 management for grant/contract stewardship.
• May coordinate HRSA HRSA EHB submissions and stay current on grant requirements for FQHC HRSA 330 grants.
• Maintains knowledge of FQHC, FTCA, CDBG and other governmental program requirements.
• Prepares and submits grant and contract reports as requested by supervisor.
• Manages and utilizes Granttracker+ for tracking contracts, deliverables, and renewals.
• Keeps accurate records of all activities with data entry support from the team.
• Participates in monitoring visits and audits.
