Job summary

Pueblo of San Felipe is seeking a Grants & Contracts Manager to oversee pre-award planning, administration and post-award grant management across departments. You will ensure compliance with laws, coordinate with Tribal Attorney and Finance, and support grant proposals with data, reporting and presentations.

Responsibilities include tracking funding requests, maintaining databases, preparing renewals, and liaising with agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Public Administration or Native American Studies with 5 years accounting experience.
• Knowledge of grant writing and grant implementation.
• Background check required.
• Keres speaker preferred but not necessary

Responsibilities

• Track, log, and maintain all funding requests related to grants/contracts.
• Monitor grant proposals to ensure compliance with terms and regulations.
• Research external grant funding sources from government and foundations.
• Maintain databases to track grants and prepare renewals well before deadlines.
• Prepare and present regular reports and analyses to leadership.
