You will ensure federal compliance (2 CFR Part 200), monitor subrecipients, review audits, and manage financial reporting in collaboration with finance, legal, and program leaders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
Seven years related experience required.
Proficiency in PC and mainframe environments.
Excellent analytical and communications skills required.
Microsoft Office applications essential.
Knowledge of Lawson, COGNOS, Crystal Reports, and Premier Operations Advisor preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee financial operations and system support for assigned service lines.
Develop, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reporting and audits.
Provide financial guidance to Service Line leadership on budgeting and policies.
Partner with operational leaders to optimize financial resources and performance.
Lead development and implementation of financial strategies to improve revenue and reduce costs.
Collaborate with leadership to expand training on financial systems and data-driven decisions.
Research and implement process improvements in response to regulatory changes.
Monitor compliance with accounting principles and policies.
Support design and management of financial systems and reporting solutions.
Review enhancements to financial software and configurations.
Lead or participate in audits, projects, and process improvement initiatives.
Build partnerships across finance, operations, and executive leadership.
Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and internal controls.
Supervise and develop finance staff to foster accountability and collaboration.
