You will translate community needs into compelling funding proposals and collaborate across program, finance, development, marketing, and executive teams to secure support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Journalism, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years of grant writing, proposal development, or related fundraising work.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong research, analytical, and project management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaborative tools.

Responsibilities

• Research, identify, and evaluate grant opportunities.
• Develop compelling letters of inquiry, proposals, and funding requests.
• Create narratives communicating community needs and outcomes.
