Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 4 years of progressively responsible accounting or financial management experience; 2 years of leadership/management experience.

• Direct and manage major operational programs in GCA.
• Oversee new account set-up, invoicing, reporting, cash management and compliance.
• Provide leadership for personnel and staff development within GCA.
• Lead Lean process improvement and cross-functional partnerships to improve service delivery and compliance.
