Job summary

King County's Health Department seeks a Finance professional to support highly complex invoicing and payment for over $10 million annually across 25+ programs, ensuring compliance with federal and local funder requirements.

You will work closely with the Finance Manager, Data and Contracts Specialist, and Contracts Manager, assist with grant lifecycle management, journal entries in Oracle E-Business Suite, and lead process improvements in a hybrid workplace centered at the Chinook Building,

Qualifications

• Experience in financial management, grant or contract administration, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Knowledge of grant lifecycle management including budget tracking and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with Oracle E-Business Suite and related financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct budget-to-actuals analysis for assigned grants and contracts.
• Oversee invoicing, reporting, and compliance with 2 CFR 200 requirements.
• Manage contract billing and financial reconciliations for timely deliverables.
• Support grant lifecycle management: pre-award to close-out and audits.
• Assist in journal entry preparation and financial data tracking in Oracle EBS.
