Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or related field with 3 years of relevant financial analysis or program analysis experience.
• Ability to maintain standard 8:00 to 5:00 Monday–Friday schedule.
• Proficient with spreadsheets, word processing, databases, reporting tools in Windows.
• Ability to interpret and communicate complex policies and procedures.
• Demonstrated leadership and strong communication skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Experience presenting to large groups.
• Experience working in a large, highly structured environment.
• Ability to work independently with reliability, accuracy and productivity.
• Handle confidential information responsibly.
• Manage multiple projects with critical deadlines.
