Job summary

HelpfulRemote is seeking a Solutions Architect to support strategic customers using Nebius GPU Cloud services. You will design, deploy, and scale AI solutions, troubleshoot complex AI/ML issues, and optimize GPU performance for training and inference workloads.

You’ll partner with sales on growth opportunities and relay feedback to product teams. The role is remote in the United States, with benefits including health insurance, a 401(k) match, paid parental leave, and remote work reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solutions architecture, technical account management, or similar roles.
• Experience in cloud services, AI/ML workloads.
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, Python, and GPU computing (CUDA or OpenCL).

Job description

This role supports strategic customers using Nebius GPU Cloud services, acting as a trusted technical advisor helping them design, deploy, and scale AI solutions. You’ll troubleshoot complex AI/ML issues, guide clients on optimizing GPU performance for training and inference workloads, and manage large-scale deployments involving hundreds to thousands of GPUs.

The role also involves partnering with sales to identify growth opportunities and deliver technical presentations, plus relaying customer feedback to product teams. Candidates need 5+ years in solutions architecture, technical account management, or similar roles, with experience in cloud services, AI/ML workloads, Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, Python, and GPU computing including CUDA or OpenCL.

Base compensation ranges from $179,500 to $224,300 USD.
