Palantir Technologies is seeking a Subcontracts Manager to support our U.S. Government contracts and legal team. You will lead negotiations and manage subcontracts, teaming agreements, and supplier agreements, coordinating with internal teams to align terms with risk and technical requirements.

The role emphasizes multi-stakeholder collaboration, pre- and post-award activities, and continuous process improvements within a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years progressive Government contracts/subcontracts experience.
• Eligibility to access ITAR, EAR, OFAC, and CUI materials.
• Extensive experience with FAR and DFARS.
• Thorough knowledge of negotiating teaming agreements and prime contracts/subcontracts.
• Experience at a U.S. Government contractor or a tech company doing significant work with the U.S. Government preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate subcontracts, teaming agreements, data sharing, and license agreements.
• Support pre-award and post-award subcontract negotiations and management; including RFP process, paperwork review, and term negotiation.
• Collaborate with attorneys, finance, information security, and technical teams to align terms with risk postures and technical requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of subcontracting processes, templates, and playbooks.
• Negotiate terms of use for access to U.S. Government-furnished CUI and partner portals.
