Palantir seeks a Subcontracts Manager to join our U.S. Government contracts and legal team.
You will draft, review, and negotiate subcontracts, teaming agreements, data sharing, and license agreements, while supporting pre-award and post-award activities and ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS and ITAR/EAR. Collaborate with attorneys, finance, information security, and technical teams to align terms with risk and requirements.

The Role Palantir is seeking a Subcontracts Manager to join our broader U.S. Government contracts and legal team, which is key to Palantir’s mission. We’re a team that values creativity and teamwork. Whether operating solo or collaboratively, our goal is to enable our U.S. Government agency customers and partners to unlock their data and power critical operations.
The salary range for this position is estimated to be $90,000 - $130/year.
Total compensation for this position may also include Restricted Stock units, sign-on bonus and other potential future incentives. Further note that total compensation for this position will be determined by each individual’s relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors. This estimate excludes the value of any potential sign-on bonus; the value of any benefits offered; and the potential future value of any long-term incentives.
